About me

I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri.

Growing up there has had a huge influence on my attitudes, my personality and my life. The values it instilled – to help people, to do the right thing and to be yourself – stayed with me my whole life.

It also made me determined to travel, explore the world, and embrace my entrepreneurial side, which I was exposed to by my first role model, my father.

Throughout my career I have taken risks. I live by the philosophy of growing because standing still is not an option. Personally I must always be learning, evolving and moving forward.

I moved to London in 1999 to develop new revenue streams in shopping centres in Europe for a retail real estate company.

Finding myself redundant, I had the choice of moving back to the USA to continue a corporate career or staying in the UK and starting my own business.

I chose the second option.

The business I built, Retail Profile Europe, specialises in developing new revenue streams for shopping centres and working with start-up retailers. My experience now spans three continents.

As a forum member for 13 years, I know from personal experience the benefits of both belonging to a forum and of the training it can offer.  It is through my forum that I have developed my leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

I am a certified forum facilitator for YPO and I have worked with over 1,200 business owners in 20 countries, across six continents.

In 2014 I founded Bold Clarity which provides facilitation, coaching and training to entrepreneurial leaders, CEOs and their leadership teams, and for peer groups. I work exclusively with the business owners, facilitating retreats and providing bespoke training courses.

I give keynote speeches at international events on a range of topics, including leadership, negotiation, business partnerships, retail and international business expansion.

Qualifications and certifications:

I am passionate about business and entrepreneurship, and my mission is to help entrepreneurs, CEOs and leadership teams get more from their business.
